All building permits, with some exceptions, must be reviewed by the Architectural Control Board of the village of Oconomowoc Lake.  for your convenience, we have provided some of the information needed to obtain a building permit.  If you have any questions, we ask that you call Village Hall at (262)567-5301, especially if there are zoning concerns or questions.
